Upload Leads to VICIDial

Import your lead list into VICIDial with contact information including name, phone number, and any additional data fields.

Configure Campaign in PD Mode

Set up your VICIDial campaign in Predictive Dialer mode. The dialer automatically calls leads from your list.

Customer Answers, AI Connects

When a customer answers the call, they're connected to the 11Labs AI Agent instead of a human agent. Lead data is passed to the AI.

AI Handles Conversation

The AI agent greets the customer by name and handles the conversation. It can answer questions, qualify leads, or handle objections.

Disposition Set Automatically

Based on the conversation outcome, the AI agent sets the call disposition in VICIDial - "Sales" for interested customers, "NI" for not interested.
